1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be defective, damaged during transport, or does not match the specifications stated in the order.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and uncut.
  • Custom-made or special-order products are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrectly processed.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
